This cookie combines cranberries, walnuts and oatmeal and is so good we’re tempted to bake it year round rather than just for the holiday season in November, December and January. Problem is the other year round cookies are so good we don’t want to replace any and we can’t bake them all year round so for now, this is only available for the Holidays.
